Nozzle atomisation - using deionised steam to fully penetration print head & clean any blockages. Flush clean - 50 Degrees C heated flushing/cleaning fluid injected via head to flush out old ink. Flush extraction - flushing fluid is now evacuated via print head, to leave cartridge internally clean + ready to fill Filling process - only the best German ink (OCP) is used.
